Customer is entitled to a full money back guarantee for 60 days. If at any point between the date of
purchase and 60 days elapse the customer decides that they are dissatisfied with the product, they may
apply for a full refund.
If applying for a refund, the customer must detail the reasoning for requesting the refund at which point
the merchant has the opportunity and right to attempt to resolve the customer's complaint. If the
merchant is unable to resolve the customer's complaints, then the customer will be issued their refund
Requesting a refund at any point beyond the 60-day window voids the money back offer.
All items must be returned in the original packaging and customer pays return shipping.
